Ingredients/Components
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- light corn syrup - 1/4 c
- rum light - 1/2 c
- finely crushed vanilla wafers 50 - 2 c
- finely chopped walnuts 8 oz - 2 c
How to make rum balls:
Mix wafers, walnuts, powdered sugar and cocoa. Stir in rum and corn syrup. Roll in small balls. Roll into powdered sugar or chocolate shots. Refrigerate in tightly covered container for several days before serving. Makes approximately 5 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
