- stick margarine melted - 1/2 item
- pint of sour cream - 1 item
- cans of water - 2 item
- of Round Steak diced and tenderized - 2 lb
- Large onion diced - 1 item
- flour to dredge diced round steak in - 1 item
How to make round steak supreme:
Dice meat and remove all fat and strings. Dredge in flour. Add meat and diced onions to skillet with margarine. Cook until onions are done and meat is lightly browned. Add the can of soup and two cans of water. Cook until all is very hot. Add the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well, until melted. Turn off heat and add sour cream.
