Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- chicken, boiled and deboned - 1 item
- small box Velveeta cheese - 1 item
- spaghetti, cooked in chicken broth - 8 oz
How to make rotel spaghetti:
Saute onion and pepper in oleo until done. Add last 3 ingredients. Cook until blended. Put spaghetti and chicken in a large casserole dish. Pour the other ingredients over the spaghetti and chicken; mix well. Bake at 350° until done.This is a good potluck dish. For us experienced cooks, we know "til done" means nice and hot since everything but Velveeta cheese, tomatoes and soup is done. You might want to add approximately 30 minutes.
