Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- stick oleo, melted - 1/2 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese, cubed
- medium bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes, mashed - 1 item
- chicken breasts, boiled, boned and cubed - 4 item
How to make rotel chicken:
In large skillet, melt oleo. Add onion, bell pepper, tomatoes and chicken; stir. Add egg noodles; stir. Pour into large casserole. Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 350°. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
