- pkg - 1 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- whole chicken, cooked and deboned - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes, crushed - 1 item
- medium onion and bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
How to make rotel chicken:
Cook spaghetti in chicken broth; drain. Saute onions and bell pepper. Add soups, tomatoes with liquid and Velveeta. Heat until cheese has melted. Put spaghetti in casserole. Place chicken on top of spaghetti. Pour soup mixture over chicken and spaghetti. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
