Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- spaghetti - 12 oz
- bell pepper - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cut up - 4 item
- cans Ro-Tel chopped tomatoes and hot chilies - 2 item
How to make rotel chicken:
Saut?© onion and pepper in 1 stick of butter. Melt Velveeta cheese with Ro-Tel chopped tomatoes and hot chilies and mushroom soup. Mix this mixture with pepper and onions. Cook and drain spaghetti. Mix all together with cut up chicken. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
