Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 1 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- sifted flour - 1/2 c
- slightly beaten eggs - 2 item
- sifted cornstarch - 1/2 c
How to make rosettes:
Add sugar to eggs. Stir very gently. Mix together remaining ingredients. Combine with the egg mixture, stirring gently, until all lumps are dissolved. Fry in hot fat until golden brown. Dip in sugar while hot.Recipe categories: Desserts, Healthy, Low fat.
