  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • vinegar - 1 oz
  • garlic powder - 1 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 2 c
  • onion, ground - 1/2 item
  • Blue cheese - 6 oz

How to make roquefort dressing:

Pour all ingredients except cheese into mixing bowl. Beat with electric mixer at high speed for 3 minutes. Add grated cheese. Refrigerate. Makes 1 quart.
