  • sour cream - 3/4 c
  • buttermilk - 1/3 c
  • cider vinegar - 1/8 c
  • garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 tsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • flaked Blue cheese

Mix all together in large bowl. Let age for about 24 hours in refrigerator.
