How to make rolls:

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Pour boiling water over shortening. When cool add to the yeast mixture; then add eggs and sugar. Sift flour and salt together and add to first mixture. Mix in flour until dough is stiff but still sticky. Turn dough out on lightly floured surface; knead just enough to handle good. Place back into bowl that has been greased. Brush top with melted shortening. Cover and let rise until double. Make into favorite shape rolls and let rise again.

Cinnamon rolls may be made from this by rolling dough 1/4-inch thick into rectangle shape. Melt 1 stick margarine with 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup white sugar, 1 cup brown sugar and 3 tablespoons cinnamon. Roll; cut into slices and place in greased pan. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, reduce to 350°, continue baking 5 to 10 minutes.
