Ingredients/Components
- milk, scalded
- honey - 1/2 c
- oleo - 1/2 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- dry yeast - 3 pkg
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- flour - 7 8
How to make rolls:
Pour scalded milk into mixing bowls, add honey, butter, beaten egg and dry yeast. Add flour and beat; knead in the rest of the flour that cannot be beaten in. Place in greased bowl, set in warm place until double in size (about 1 hour, 20 minutes). Shape into rolls; let rise again until doubled. Bake in 375° oven about 20 minutes.For cinnamon rolls: Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Dip dough in melted butter, then in cinnamon sugar mixture.
