Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- can condensed milk - 1 oz
- dry roasted peanuts - 2 c
How to make rocky roads:
In top of double boiler, over boiling water, melt chocolate morsels with sweetened condensed milk and butter; remove from heat. In a large bowl, combine peanuts and marshmallows; fold in the chocolate mixture. Spread in wax paper-lined 13 x 9-inch pan. Chill 2 hours or until set. Remove from pan, peel off the wax paper and cut into squares. Cover and store at room temperature. Yields 40.Tip: If desired, mixture may be dropped from teaspoon onto wax paper-lined baking sheet.
