Rocky road pie

Ingredients/Components

• milk
• instant chocolate pudding - 1 pkg
• whipped topping - 1 c
• graham cracker crust - 1 item
• mini marshmallows
• peanuts, coarsely chopped - 2/3 c

How to make rocky road pie:

In medium bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Beat on low speed until thickened, about 2 minutes. Place in refrigerator for 5 minutes. Stir in marshmallows and 1/3 cup peanuts. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon mix into pie crust. Cover with whipped cream and remaining peanuts. Chill 1 to 2 hours before serving.
