Ingredients/Components
- semi-sweet chocolate - 1 (12
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- marshmallows - 1 (10
- jar unsalted peanuts or pecans - 1 oz
How to make rocky road fudge:
In saucepan combine chocolate and condensed milk and butter. Heat over low fire until chocolate is melted. Put marshmallows and nuts in a large bowl. Spread mixture on wax paper in pan. Chill.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
