Roasted potatoes



  • olive or vegetable oil - 1/3 c
  • all-purpose potatoes, cut into chunks - 2 lb
  • envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets onion or savory herb with garlic recipe soup mix - 1 item

How to make roasted potatoes:

Preheat oven to 450°. In large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake or toss in bowl, until potatoes are coated. Put into shallow baking or roasting pan; discard bag. Bake, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Garnish, if desired, with chopped parsley. Makes 8 servings.
