Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- coarsely ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- dried rosemary leaves, crushed - 1/2 tsp
- olive or salad oil - 2 Tbsp
- small red potatoes, washed - 2 lb
How to make roasted potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. Cut potatoes in quarters. Place potatoes in large roasting pan with olive oil and remaining ingredients; toss to coat.Roast potatoes 20 minutes or until fork-tender and golden brown; stirring potatoes halfway through roasting time. Makes 4 servings.
