Roasted potatoes



  • salt - 1 tsp
  • coarsely ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • dried rosemary leaves, crushed - 1/2 tsp
  • olive or salad oil - 2 Tbsp
  • small red potatoes, washed - 2 lb

How to make roasted potatoes:

Preheat oven to 450°. Cut potatoes in quarters. Place potatoes in large roasting pan with olive oil and remaining ingredients; toss to coat.

Roast potatoes 20 minutes or until fork-tender and golden brown; stirring potatoes halfway through roasting time. Makes 4 servings.
