- salt - 1 tsp
- pecan halves - 4 c
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
How to make roasted pecans:
Preheat oven to 250°. Put pecans in jelly roll pan. Roast 30 minutes, stirring once. Remove from oven. Pour melted butter over pecans. Stir with wooden spoon to coat. Return to oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Stir 2 to 3 times. Remove from oven; add salt. Stir to coat nuts. Roast 5 to 10 minutes. Store in airtight container.Recipe categories: Fruit, Appetizers, Nuts.
