- olive oil - 1/8 tsp
- whole garlic pod - 1 item
How to make roasted garlic:
Place whole garlic pod in foil. Pour over this the oil. Roast in a 350° oven for about 30 to 45 minutes. Keep in refrigerator until ready to use and take off as many cloves as needed. This will squeeze out like a paste. May be used with mashed potatoes. Rub over roast beef before cooking or any other place that you need garlic or mix with oleo for garlic butter spread.
