Roasted garlic
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- olive oil - 1 Tbsp
- salt to taste - 1 item
- peanut oil - 1 Tbsp
- pinch of white pepper - 1 item
- to 12 large garlic cloves, peeled - 10 item
How to make roasted garlic:
Heat the butter, peanut oil and olive oil in a casserole over medium heat. Add peeled cloves, side by side, and make sure they are well coated. Bake for 20 minutes, basting from time to time. Add salt and pepper.Serve as an appetizer with toast or as a side dish (vegetable).
