Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- wine vinegar - 1/2 c
- stalk celery, chopped - 1 item
- onion, sliced - 1/2 item
- duck - 1 item
- carrot, chopped - 1 item
- bacon slices - 2 item
How to make roast wild duck:
Rinse duck and pat dry. Sprinkle inside and outside of duck with salt and pepper. Stuff inside cavity with carrots and celery. Place in pan and top with bacon. Bake at 450° for 30 minutes. Baste often.Recipe categories: Main dish, Whole duck, Duck.
