Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- dried rosemary, crushed - 1/2 tsp
- coarsely ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- small red potatoes - 2 lb
- olive or salad oil - 2 Tbsp
How to make roast potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. Cut each red potato into quarters. Place potatoes in large roasting pan with oil and remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Roast potatoes 20 minutes or until fork-tender.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
