  • salt - 1 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • dried rosemary, crushed - 1/2 tsp
  • coarsely ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • small red potatoes - 2 lb
  • olive or salad oil - 2 Tbsp

How to make roast potatoes:

Preheat oven to 450°. Cut each red potato into quarters. Place potatoes in large roasting pan with oil and remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Roast potatoes 20 minutes or until fork-tender.
