  • water
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • oregano - 1 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • cloves garlic - 4 item
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • leg of lamb - 1 item

How to make roast leg of lamb:

Cut incisions in meat and fill with garlic. Rub lamb with lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano and butter. Place in roasting pan with water. Bake in preheated 475° oven for about 1 hour or until browned. Lower heat to 350°; cover and bake until done. When meat is almost cooked, you may add potatoes if you wish.
