Ingredients/Components
- water
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- oregano - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cloves garlic - 4 item
- juice of 2 lemons
- leg of lamb - 1 item
How to make roast leg of lamb:
Cut incisions in meat and fill with garlic. Rub lamb with lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano and butter. Place in roasting pan with water. Bake in preheated 475° oven for about 1 hour or until browned. Lower heat to 350°; cover and bake until done.
