- garlic powder - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cloves garlic - 5 item
- thyme - 1 item
- rosemary - 1 item
How to make roast leg of lamb:
Wipe the meat with a paper towel. Make gashes in the meat and place slivers of garlic in each gash. Sprinkle roast with rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place the meat in pan with the fat side up. Roast, uncovered, in a 300° oven until tender. Allow 30 to 35 minutes per pound for roasting.
