  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • curry powder
  • garlic clove - 1 item
  • chicken - 4 lb
  • butter, at room temperature - 5 Tbsp

How to make roast chicken with curry butter:

Mix garlic and all dry ingredients together. Preheat oven to 350°. Gently loosen skin on breast, starting at neck. Butter and put dry mix on. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
