  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • egg whites - 4 item
  • nuts - 1 c
  • whipped cream - 1 item
  • Ritz crackers - 18 item
  • grated chocolate - 1 item

How to make ritz cracker pie:

Roll crackers fine and mix well with nuts. Beat egg whites until foamy. Add baking powder and beat until very stiff. Add sugar slowly. Fold crackers, nuts and vanilla into egg whites. Pour into well-greased pie pan. Bake 40 minutes at 300°. Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate shavings.
