Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1 item
- butter or oleo - 1 lb
- Ricotta - 1 c
How to make ricotta cookies:
Mix butter with Ricotta until creamy. Add sugar gradually until well blended. Add eggs to mixture. Beat until creamy. Slowly add all dry ingredients. Mix well. Drop by teaspoons onto well-greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350° oven for 10 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. Makes a lot of cookies.
