  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk - 3 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 4 c
  • melted margarine - 3 Tbsp
  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • Ricotta cheese - 1 lb
  • Drip by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet

How to make ricotta cheese cookies:

Mix all ingredients together. Drip by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Yield: Makes 110 cookies.Icing:3 c. powdered sugar3 Tbsp. melted margarine3 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients together. Ice cookies and dip into sprinkles.
