- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- Ricotta cheese - 15 oz
- box butter cake mix - 1 item
How to make ricotta cheese cake:
Mix cake by directions on box. Put in 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Mix cheese, sugar, eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla together, then pour over top of cake batter. Cook at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Cheese.
