Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt
- water - 3 c
- rice - 1/2 c
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
How to make rice pudding:
Bring to hard boil; turn fire down and let simmer for 25 minutes. Remove from heat. Mix milk and eggs together, one at a time. Drizzle mixture in cooked rice slow; stir. Then place back on stove over low heat. Cook until it starts to thicken, about 2 minutes. It will coat your metal spoon.
