Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- water - 2 c
- rice - 1/2 c
How to make rice pudding:
Cook rice. Add sugar and stir. Add beaten eggs, milk and vanilla. Cook on low heat and stir until mixture thickens. Do not boil. Add raisins. Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Rice.
