Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- hot cooked rice - 3 c
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item
How to make rice pudding:
Add butter to rice and set aside. Mix flour and sugar in a bowl. Mix 2 beaten eggs with milk. Stir in flour and sugar; add vanilla and nutmeg. Add rice and butter. Pour into greased casserole dish.
