Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- water - 2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- rice - 1/2 c
How to make rice pudding:
Put rice, salt and butter in water. Cook until tender, approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Add eggs, milk and sugar. Let come to a boil. Add raisins. Sprinkle with nutmeg.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Rice.
