Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1 item
- oleo - 1 Tbsp
- cooked rice - 2 c
- egg yolks, beaten - 2 item
How to make rice pudding:
Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in microwave-safe bowl. Gradually stir in milk. Microwave on High for 8 minutes. Stir small amount of hot mixture in egg yolks and then add to rest of the mixture, then microwave 2 minutes. Add rice, vanilla and oleo.
