Rice pudding

Rice pudding



  • milk - 2 c
  • eggs, separated - 2 item
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • stick butter - 1/4 item
  • raisins - 1 item
  • cooked rice - 1 c
  • sugar or a little more - 1 c

How to make rice pudding:

Beat egg yolks lightly. Add salt and sugar. Mix in the butter. Stir in the milk. Add cooked rice and raisins. Stir in vanilla. Fold in egg whites, stiffly beaten. Pour into greased pan; bake in a 450° oven until light brown.
