Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- cooked rice 1 c - 3 c
- Mozzarella grated cheese 8 oz - 2 c
- each: basil and garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
How to make rice pizza:
Combine rice, eggs and 1 cup cheese. Press firmly into greased 12-inch pizza pan. Spread evenly. Bake at 400° to 450° for 20 minutes. Combine sauce. Spread evenly over crust. Add toppings. Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer.Toppings: Sausage, mushrooms, green pepper, etc. or make your own toppings.
