Rice pilaf
Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- cans chicken broth - 3 item
- regular uncooked rice - 1 c
- Coil Kideo thin noodles - 1 c
How to make rice pilaf:
In large Teflon or electric skillet melt butter then add noodles and saute until slightly browned. Add rice and broth and simmer for 1/2 hour, stir often. If it gets too thick, add a little water. Serves 8, good with oven-baked chicken breasts.Recipe categories: Side dish, Rice, Long Grain rice.
