Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped walnuts optional - 1 c
  • diced celery - 2 c
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
  • poultry seasoning - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped mushrooms - 1 c
  • 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
  • large diced onion - 1 item
  • chopped chicken - 1 c
  • boiling water or broth - 4 c
  • chopped celery leaves - 1/2 c
  • diced water chestnuts - 1 c
  • Minute wild rice and seasoning - 2 c
  • Minute plain rice - 2 c

How to make rice dressing:

Saute celery and onions slowly in margarine; stir often (about 10 minutes). Add rice and continue to saute slowly, stirring often to coat rice with margarine. Mix bouillon cubes in boiling water; add to rice mixture. Stir in mushrooms, celery leaves, p
