Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- can water - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 oz
- can beef consomme - 1 item
- frozen onions - 1 c
- raw rice Riceland - 1 c
How to make rice casserole:
Pan #1: Saute 1/2 stick margarine, mushrooms and oregano.Pan #2: Saute 1/2 stick margarine, rice and onions.
Pour in a medium casserole dish and add the beef consomme and water. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
