Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- parsley - 1/2 c
- cooked rice
- basil to taste - 1 item
- thyme to taste - 1 item
How to make rice casserole:
Mix green pepper, parsley, onion, basil and thyme with rice. Melt cheese with milk and pour over rice mixture. Bake about 30 minutes in 350° oven, until cheese browns slightly.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
