- margarine - 1 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/8 c
- diced celery - 2 c
- large diced onions - 2 item
- brown sugar or to taste - 1/2 c
- ribs country-style; pork
- catsup and water to rinse bottle - 32 oz
How to make ribs:
Saute celery and onions in margarine on medium heat, stirring all the time. Add remaining ingredients; cook until tender. Remove from heat. Cook ribs on outside grill 1/2 hour. Put in roaster. Add sauce and salt to taste. Cover and bake at 350° for 2 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork, Pork rib.
