Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- small marshmallows - 2 c
- strawberry Jell-O - 3 oz
- rhubarb - 5 c
- white or yellow cake mix - 1 item
How to make rhubarb upside down cake:
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan (bottom). Mix first 4 items and put in bottom of pan. Mix cake according to directions on box. Pour over rhubarb mixture. Bake 55 minutes at 350° or until done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
