- diced rhubarb - 6 7
- strawberry Jell-O - 1 (3
How to make rhubarb upside-down cake:
Wash, clean and dice rhubarb; let drain. Prepare cake mix per directions on box. Grease bottom and sides of 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Layer diced rhubarb, sprinkle sugar and strawberry Jell-O on top. Layer miniature marshmallows over that.Pour cake batter over rhubarb and marshmallows. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. When cool, turn out on platter.
