Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- baking powder
- beaten egg - 1 item
- diced rhubarb - 3 c
How to make rhubarb torte:
Crust:1 c. flour1 1/2 tsp. baking powder1 Tbsp. sugar1/4 tsp. salt1 Tbsp. butter1 beaten egg2 Tbsp. milk Strudel:1 c. sugar1/2 c. flour1/2 c. butter Mix crust ingredients as for pie crust. Put in 7 x 10-inch or 9 x 9-inch pan. Pat into pan. Mix in bowl the rhubarb, jello, flour and 1/2 cup sugar. Pour on top of crust. Make strudel and cover.
