Rhubarb torte
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
- sugar - 1 c
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- small marshmallows
- melted butter - 4 Tbsp
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- rhubarb - 4 c
- small instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
How to make rhubarb torte:
Combine graham crackers, 2 tablespoons sugar and melted butter. Reserve 2 tablespoons of this mixture and pat remainder in 9 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes and cool.Combine 1 cup sugar, water, cornstarch and rhubarb. Cook until thickened. Spread on cooled graham cracker crust. Cool again. Fold marshmallows into Cool Whip. Spoon over rhubarb mixture. Prepare pudding. Spread over all. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Chill.
