Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- sifted flour - 1 c
- oatmeal - 3/4 c
- rhubarb, cut up - 4 c
How to make rhubarb squares:
Crumble first 5 ingredients together and place in 9 x 12-inch pan (save some for topping). Cook next 5 ingredients until very thick. Pour over crumbled mixture. Put topping on.
