- sugar - 1/3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1 item
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 1/4 c
- sliced rhubarb - 6 c
How to make rhubarb shortcake:
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and margarine. Cut in shortening as for pie crust. Place egg in 1 cup measuring cup. Add milk to make 1 cup, add vanilla. Stir until well blended. Spread in prepared pan. Add rhubarb. Spread over short cake. SprinRecipe categories: Desserts, < 60 mins, Healthy.
