  • sugar - 1 c
  • water
  • diced rhubarb - 3 c
  • Minute tapioca - 1/4 c

How to make rhubarb sauce:

Mix altogether, except tapioca; cook until soft. Add the tapioca; cook for 5 minutes. It gets thick as it cools.
