Rhubarb punch
Ingredients/Components
- water - 5 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- frozen orange juice - 6 oz
- juice from frozen strawberries - 1/4 c
- diced, unpeeled rhubarb - 8 c
- sugar or honey for every 1 c - 1/3 c
- ginger ale or lemon/lime soda - 1 qt
How to make rhubarb punch:
Simmer rhubarb in the 5 cups of water, then strain it into a glass bowl. Add sugar and let cool. Add remaining ingredients and chill. Before serving, add soda. Serve over ice.Recipe categories: Drinks, Pineapple, Punch beverage.
