Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- 9-inch pie crust, unbaked - 1 item
- rhubarb, cleaned and cut into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces - 3 4
- eggs or 1 carton Egg Beaters - 4 item
How to make rhubarb pie:
Dust inside of pie crust with 1 or 2 tablespoons of flour. Fill shell to heaping with rhubarb pieces. Beat together eggs and sugar, then pour over rhubarb. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350° and continue to bake for 30Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
