- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- 9-inch pie dough crusts - 2 item
- rhubarb, cut into pieces - 1 qt
How to make rhubarb pie:
Prepare pie dough for 2-crust pie. Spread rhubarb over the bottom of crust. Mix flour, sugar and salt; then add beaten eggs and mix well. Pour over rhubarb. Bake at 350°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
